CUSTOMER BILL OF RIGHTS INFOGRAPHIC
WIND MOBILE
As part of its push to challenge the status quo in Canadian wireless service, WIND Mobile launched the Customer Bill of Rights Facebook group, inviting customers to share what they truly wanted from a mobile provider. The initiative aimed to start a national conversation — one focused on fairness, transparency, and putting consumer needs first.
Once the responses were gathered, our team was tasked with translating the insights into a compelling visual narrative. I was responsible for illustrating the entire infographic, bringing the content to life with a bold, engaging style that balanced clarity with personality.
The final piece was a timeline-based infographic, built around the four core pillars of WIND’s Customer Bill of Rights. Each pillar represented a major theme that emerged from the community feedback — from contract freedom and pricing transparency to improved service and respect for the customer.
Through custom illustration, I visualized the evolution of Canada’s mobile landscape, highlighting both how far it has come and how much further it needs to go. The infographic was designed for maximum shareability on social platforms, encouraging users to join the Mobile Revolution by spreading the word and demanding change.
By combining strategic messaging with expressive illustration, the piece helped WIND reinforce its role as a bold, consumer-first brand — one that listens, responds, and isn’t afraid to shake things up.
